Everything was excellent and we have no complaints at all. The hotel provided a seamless and comfortable experience that exceeded our expectations in every way.

I booked a two-bedroom apartment for the Eid holidays (March 21–23) a week in advance. Upon arrival with my family, I was told by the receptionist that no such apartment was available, despite my confirmed booking. Instead of offering a solution, the staff was extremely dismissive, telling me it was "my problem" and forcing me to cancel the original booking. Because it was the holiday season and no other options were available, I was forced to accept a one-bedroom apartment with two rollover beds for my family. To make matters worse, they charged me SAR 1,100 for the one-bedroom—nearly the same price as my original SAR 1,142 booking for a two-bedroom. They refused to adjust the price to a fair rate (around SAR 600) for the smaller room and the massive inconvenience. Summary of issues: - Failed to honor a confirmed reservation. - Extremely rude and unhelpful staff. - Price gouging for a smaller room after their own mistake. Booking.com support was unreachable via their Saudi contact number during this ordeal. I highly recommend avoiding this property. They do not respect confirmed bookings and have zero regard for customer service.
