Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Waller

Clean, easy access and quiet.

First room was not ready, moved to second room but TV didn’t work, then moved to third room. Young lady that was there when i check in was very professional, polite, and handled and managed the situation that she was presented with great management skills. Between moving me to other rooms, other customers were calling her because they didn’t have hot water, and other customers were in line to check in. She handled each situation and gave her full attention to each problem. I wish I had employees with this type of management skills.

I like that it was close to the area I was going.

What we didn't like was the noise that proceeded all through the night when you have traveled 5 1/2 hours you expect to get a good night's sleep! But the noise woke us up about 3am that morning, After we had been up to about 10pm that night.. our last stay in the past was excellent but this time around wasn't good so me and my wife probably want return. Everything was great.

TVs weren’t working in any room. No shower door so a lot of water was splashing out of shower

Friendly staff, very clean and quiet. The bed was amazingly comfortable.

Overall, an excellent place to stay when in Waller.

Clean,very comfortable bed, good linens and towels! Good breakfast. Good value.

Asked to have room made up, fresh towels and trash emptied at 11 am. Said we would be back after dinner. At 8 pm it still wasn’t done. Friday night neighbors were yelling and fighting at 1 am. Called front desk. Not resolved.

I was a little annoyed by this hotel stay because I booked a room with a double Queen bed and paid for it in full months ago and was told upon arrival they didn’t have any rooms like that available . They had given all double queen rooms to players staying there for a cricket match. It was me and my husband and my 12 year old traveling , so she was stuck on the pull out couch which she said was very uncomfortable. There was no bedding in the room for the pull out, so we had to go down to the front office to get it. The room was clean, but they didn’t have any soap or lotion or any of the complementary items usually available in the bathroom. We again had to go down to the front office to retrieve these items. The room was nice and bed was comfortable but all those little things were very inconvenient especially when coming in from out of town. The guy working the front desk was polite .
