Die Lage, Die Ausstattung (für eine kurze Aufenthalt, für länger als 3 Nächte das ist nicht genug), freundliche Mitarbeiter, Sauberkeit, Aussicht (Zimmer mit Seesicht), sehr schön, Preis/Leistung gut und Früchtkorb am Eingang!

Es ab und zu lärmig, regelmässig waren einige Störungen, ist nicht ganz Schalldicht!

Die Unterkunft wurde vor ca 4 Jahren komplett neu gestaltet. Alles wurde durchdacht eingerichtet und man fühlt sich sofort sehr wohl. Das Personal ist zuvorkommend, freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Auch gibt es kleine Aufmerksamkeiten wie Obst oder Schokolade am Empfang und eine kostenlose Minibar im Zimmer. Die Unterkunft liegt zwei Gehminuten vom Bahnhof und zum See entfernt. Man kann auch wunderbar zu Fuß immer am See entlang nach Locarno in ca 20min gelangen.

Manchmal war es Gegend bedingt (Werkstätten) am Tage etwas laut.

Sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit! Zudem hatte Yannis perfektes Schweizerdeutsch gesprochen!! Wirklich ein sehr schöner Ort die Einrichtung schön simpel aber alles durchdacht. Auf Kritik und Anregung (Treppenlift für Gepäck) wurde sofort eingegangen und signalisiert- dass dies eine sehr gute Idee sei - es werde geprüft, ob dies Umsetzbar ist! Ich kann den Ort wärmstens empfehlen! Vielen Dank Yannis, wir haben es sehr genossen.. und werden wieder kommen!! Herzliche Grüsse aus Zürich Filomena und Mirjam W
