We loved everything - it was relaxing peaceful and gorgeous with beautiful view over San Sebastian !

Everything was perfect but we would loved to have stayed longer!

- Pas de parking alors que c’est indiqué ds le descriptif de l’hôtel et qu’il est très difficile voire impossible de se garer ds San Sebastian l’été. Le parking est situé ds le centre-ville à 3 kms et on l’apprend une fois la réservation finalisé et non annulable. - La chambre proposée en suite familiale n’est absolument pas adaptée pour une famille. La salle de bains et les toilettes n’offrent aucune intimité. Les vitres de la verrière qui séparent la salle de bain et les toilettes de la chambre ne sont pas opaques et il n’y a pas de store ou rideaux. Nous avons donc utilisé les toilettes de la réception ce qui est inacceptable pour une chambre à 500€. - Personnel étudiant et peu qualifié (anglais très sommaire) absolument pas à la hauteur des prix pratiqués par l’établissement.

Beautiful hotel, gorgeous rooms and an amazing view! Everything was great, the staff was friendly and helpful, the view from the balcony/pool is unbeatable. Very that we chose to stay here !

1: I would suggest either making the hotel adults only, or enforcing some basic rules when it comes to people who come with kids. We chose the hotel for its remoteness and quietness, but on one of the days we were forced to leave the pool because of a family with 4 very loud kids. The problem wasn’t so much the kids but the fact that the adults were winding them up, throwing them around the pool etc - things you would expect people to do at a club med, but not at a small boutique hotel… 2: The taxis. We don’t drive so the fact that you have to get a cab to get to the center of San Sebastián wasn’t a big problem, however the wait times for the taxis can be insane - at one point we waited for an hour..not the hotels fault of course, but I would suggest maybe hiring a couple drivers to drive guests into town so that they wouldn’t have to rely on taxis? :) 3. Breakfast. 9 am starting time is way too late :) you could tell a lot of people were pretty hungry by then so at 9 they would all flock into the kitchen at the same time. Also, a little more variety could have been great !

Interior was lovely and very comfortable. In a quiet location which was good to relax if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle

I don’t think they made it clear enough that parking would be a nightmare and the attitude of one of the female staff could definitely be improved

Hotel design et très charmant avec une vue imprenable sur San Sebastian. Je recommande vivement !

Accès un peu compliqué en voiture... A éviter si vous êtes à pied car l'hotel est situé loin du centre ville, sur les hauteurs de San Sebastian.

Het was verder weg dan we dachten, ruim 35 minuten lopen. Daardoor hebben we vaker dan gepland een taxi genomen Personeel was betrokken en vriendelijk. Niet altijd even professioneel Sommige zaken waren wat oud / minder goed onderhouden.
