Boutique Hotel Mendi Argia

Très belle rénovation de maison. Le personnel est vraiment très professionnel et agréable. On se sent tout de suite à l’aise. Magnifique piscine et terrasse pour profiter du petit déjeuner :)

La mention parking est trompeuse pour ceux qui font une recherche d’hôtel par critères sur booking. Oui il y a un parking mais à 10 min dans la ville donc ensuite c’est un taxi qui vous dépose. C’est très bien détaillé dans les conditions de l’hôtel. Ça fonctionne bien.

The hotel is very beautiful, but it is far from town and up a long and windy hill. Unfortunately it’s not clear how far the hotel is from town so we were very surprised to be so far. Luckily there is a taxi service that can pick up and drop off, but it makes it hard to stop by the hotel casually. Also, the rooms are varying sizes and we were in room 8 which is very, very small. There isn't anywhere to store your clothes and there isn’t any privacy for the bathroom, as the only divider is a glass wall. It’s a beautiful property but it is expensive for that small of a room.

The service is some of the worst I’ve ever experienced. One young woman who seemed a bit clueless and told me she was feeling sick! No energy, no welcome, no tour of the hotel or guide around the room. When I asked for help with our luggage she said that it was just her so nobody could help. Forgot to tell us there was a lift then just watched as we hauled 6 suitcases up two steep flights of stairs. Taxis that didn’t arrive after an hour…

The view is amazing, the swimming pool with the sunset, so many terraces where to sit, the staff super friendly...almost perfect

I find the breakfast pretty expensive for a standard buffet with no fresh juice or fruits in summer time, and you can't have dinner there. But they have a very good selection of wines and other drinks to enjoy your evenings

The rooms are nice. Decor is nice.

There is NO wifi. It does not work. Additionally they have no parking and the system is absurd. They have you park in a parking lot 10 minutes from the hotel. That parking lot is not even in the old town. They pay for your taxis 2 times a day to the hotel, but only from the car parking lot. It’s not practical and so we decided to return our car rental after the first day. They did not allow us to cancel the “parking lot fee of 90 euros” and had to pay it anyway.

Wichtig ist zu sagen, dass es KEINE Parkmöglichkeiten hat, obwohl das Hotel dies auf booking.com angibt. Die einzige Parkmöglichkeit sind öffentliche Parkhäuser unten in der Stadt. Von da muss man immer das Taxi nehmen oder 40 Minuten steil bergauf zu Fuss gehen. Man fühlt sich in der Mobilität extrem eingeschränkt. Toll wäre das Hotel würde E-Bikes zur Verfügung stellen.
