Cordial Grand Hotel

New facility, firm beds, excellent services

The staff are incredibly kind! However, the property itself needs more upkeep. The pool area was quite dirty. The hallways are poorly lit and dated. Our room was nice and clean- except the bathroom. The shower/tub combo did not have a shower curtain. The tub was not properly sealed and thus, water went everywhere. The wall is rotten and mouldy as a result. The shower head was really low and could not be heightened. Granted, we are fall (6feet) but, we could not stand under the shower head. The breakfast buffet was scarce. I cannot state enough, however, how wonderful the people that work here are- they were lovely.

Very comfortable bed and lovely view of the beach. Staff were very helpful and breakfast was delicious. The rooftop pool has amazing views. The gym isn't in good condition so that is my only complaint. Otherwise I had a great stay.

This hotel is pretty convenient placed between quite a few attractions that you’d love to enjoy. Taxis are easy to come by and the staff was seemly great.

Nice stayed at the 20th storey, the view was spectacular with beautiful sunrise 🌅 and sea views. The room is very clean, properly maintained and come with extra pillows. The basin area is a little small, (if you have 2 ladies traveling with full sets of makeup and facial products.. 😅) Also, the shower is a little hard to set the right temperature. Rest are all good. Location is good, easy access.

Pool was a little dirty, but was clean on our second day. Breakfast was ok. Hotel was very clean and staff very friendly

정말 친절하고 위치도 좋고 공항이랑도 가까웠어요 그랩을 한번도 안써봐서 혹시나 그랩으로도 사기를 칠까봐 호텔에서 제공하는 공항 픽업 서비스를 이용 했어요 살짝 비쌌지만 (2,000,000동) 공항에서 제 이름을 들고 기다려 주어서 헤매거나 허둥거리지 않고 바로 호텔로 와주어서 아주 편안 했어요 픽업 서비스는 호텔 요청사항에 적어주시면 답변이 메일로 옵니다 ! 홀리데이 시즌에는 차지 30프로가 추가 된다고 하니 꼭 참고 해주시구요 조식도 나름 훌륭 했고 옥상 수영장도 벌레가 떠있는것 빼곤 깨끗 했어요 미케 비치와 걸어서 10분 정도여서 위치가 아주 좋습니다 이가격에 조식까지 준다니 정말 좋았어요
