Staff who welcomed us were friendly

Front gate was a nightmare. Noisy neighbours. Didn't feel safe

Rooms were clean, staff were friendly

The pool was out of order (green), the playground area was littered and one of our beds was missing sheets. The reception building is derro looking but that’s just an aesthetic.

The location. Pet friendly. The security

The bed size, it had a microwave, and the room size was good.

No doona cover.

The proprietor was very helpful and changed our booking from two singles to a double. The bed was good and the shower was hot.

There was no side/small bedside lighting, and the bathroom tiles were loose and caused a dark liquid to squeeze out between them when trodden on. Replacing all cutlery and crockery with disposable stuff may make sense but really cheapens the experience - so much for the "resort"

Nothing

The pool was full of black water, and it was totally unsafe around the pool with pipes hanging out the ground with weeds surrounding it that were so high, hadn't been maintained in years, mosquito infested also. It was filthy and mold in areas. The fire blanket was missing, which seems unsafe. The smoke alarm were also not working with one being entirely covered up. Curtains were ripped and blinds were useless making the room bright. We paid $310 to stay here and wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy. Hotel also appears to have two names so was very confusing to find. Lastly no dooners which we found very strange, nothing to keep you warm during the night.

Not much

After 10 hours of driving all i wanted to do was check in and relax. Went through the rules for the property whicj i had already read. Then asked how i was going to pay the extra $30 for my dog. Family room was very small. Bunk beds, one was super hard, the other ok. Tiny amount of milk for coffee. Tv remote dodgy. Dirty fan blades.
