"Excellent business hotel at the center of the town"

We checked out at the day the Hotel was awarded the best 3-star hotel in Bulgaria for 2024 and I think it is beautiful! It is a good hotel at the center of the town, very comfortable beds and nice bathroom. The restaurant is excellent!

Although we have stated we need a parking, we were not given such on the first night and were directed like "park here, you will move later" etc. We had a parking spot on the second evening, though but only because we were back to the hotel early.

Cleanliness, location, staff, furnishings, room contents, everything is fine. There is a minibar available. I am ready to assign 4 stars.

The hotel is small, so the buffet in the restaurant is not profitable. Hence the only complaint is the food, it is better to visit other restaurants not far away.
