Breakfast was good. Clean rooms clean hotel comfy bed good tv big rooms quiet hotel. Up to date nice big beautiful entrance

Bought stuff from the little convenience store but they didn’t have money to give back so they tried to make me pay for extra things. They wouldn’t give me my money back. Had over 50 in change I was supposed to receive and they wouldn’t cancel and give my money back. After have a long conversation. He finally gave me change back for the purchase.

The selections at breakfast were exceptional and the service fantastic. IHG Lusaka is located in the Longacres area, close to embassies and government ministries which made it easy to commute to our meetings.
