We always have great experience in this hotel. This time check in process was not good! Host (young woman) at the front desk was having a bad day and showing it to the guest. We checked in around 3:30 and still had to wait for a room.

bed were comfortable

carpets were stained, conditioner bottle was empty, 3 towels even though we booked for 4 people, pool was small and freezing, door key took a lot of moving around for it to actually open the door.
