Tradewinds Motel

This is second time I've stayed and I'll be back. The rooms are clean and remodeled. I was even able to check in early. Thank you.

It's a pretty safe parking lot given that it's small

I didn’t like much from the property. You really get what you pay for.

The hotel room is extremely dirty walls cobwebs, baseboards,toilet wasn’t even clean. You can see urine marks on it, and the floors were not clean. The door was broken down and it was just a mess. Worst stay ever.

Nothing

It was infested with roaches. The floors appeared as though they haven't been mopped in between guest in a while. Towels had stains on them, as well as the blankets and pillows. Manger was very rude and expected my family and I to sleep in a room that roaches were flying around. When I addressed the issues with the manager about these issues he dismissed me and told me he can't accommodate me and told me to have a good night before hanging up in my face. I had to reach out to bookings.com to get my resolution resolved and the manager still handle me in such a careless manner.
