"房間使用電暖氣所以沒有柴油味，空間很大很舒適，淋浴間乾濕分離非常乾淨，附近走路5分鐘就有付費溫泉（飯店提供折價券），走路2分鐘就是神樂雪場（飯店提供優惠雪票價），飯店內就有餐廳，販賣機也有泡麵不怕沒東西吃，服務人員態度也很好👍🏻B1就是有雪"

居心地良く過ごせました。 宿泊内で食事ができる、お店ができたのはとても良いです。 乾燥室がとても広い。

お皿、カップ等の無料使用があったら良いです。 （紙でよい） 電子レンジももう一台あるといいなあ

3月でも部屋の中に生きたカメムシが4匹いました。窓の桟にも虫の死骸がぎっしり。ちゃんと清掃してほしい。 それ以外は価格を踏まえれば不満なし。スキーをするには立地は最高です。 周辺に道の駅以外に夕食を食べられる施設がないので、事前に調達することをお勧めします。
