It was clean and the bed was comfortable

They started vacuuming in front of our door at 6:30am and were banging the walls. There was also a $7 parking fee that was not mentioned when booking. I asked the desk attendant at checkout and he said “It’s only $7.00.” $7.00 adds up.. and huge for them if it’s every guest. I don’t like undisclosed fees.. even if it’s only $7.00. Also, there was drinking water available only at breakfast from a dispenser. Otherwise, the was not drinkable and they sold bottles for $3.00. Hostels should provide drinkable water.

Everything you'd expect in a very nice hotel

Nice and clean.

Cassie at the desk welcomed us with a smile and true Southern Charm. She was very helpful on an eating location as it was Sunday and many locations were closed. Diane the breakfast girl was a true hospitality gal. She was constantly wiping table and taking the dishes out ofnthe container. Friendly and sweet…. We will make this a regular stop as. We travel to Florida annually. The room and the facility were beautiful!

Peaceful view of someone's farm. Close to a lot of restaurants in a new and well lit area. Easy access from the road. Front desk staff very effiencient and friendly. Rooms updated and clean. Thanks!

Overall great stay. The room was huge and clean, and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast each morning was very good, too.

I was completely surprised by this hotel as it is super clean, super quiet, and super friendly staff. One, if not the best Holiday Inn Express I have ever stayed at. The hotel is so neat that I thought it was brand new and only a few months open but turns out it is four years old. It is in a new area with some restaurants, Food City, and some other shops. This hotel has the largest windows I have ever seen in a motel, about 5’ x 8’ and the view on the back side of the hotel is of a large field with horses grazing, ducks in a pond, and other natural beauty. I will stay there again when down that way.
