Fantastic location, walking distance to so many shops, restaurants, eateries & attractions. Looking forward to purchasing the an apartment.

From the moment we checked in, the staff were amazing and friendly. The apartment was fab! The carpark was an awesome extra and the location brilliant.

Staff were not particularly considerate or helpful. We had a Bellarine apartment on ground floor, literally right by the hotel entrance and in front of the street parking. Staff could have told us to unload our luggage from our car but instead directed us to park on level C7 and walk down 4 flights of stairs with luggages AND our large dog. When we got up there and realised that was the case, we asked if there was another way to get to our apartment (not knowing then that it was directly where we had parked on the street), they said it was basically impossible and no other way to get to the apartment??? My husband then realised where the apartment was and we had to drive all the way back down to the street to unload our luggage and our dog and THEN drive back up to park at C7 AGAIN. It really soured our experience as to how thoughtless the staff were (apparently had no critical thinking or problem solving skills as they insisted there was no other way to get to the ground floor apartment other than 4 flights of stairs..). Dishes and cutlery were dirty so we had to wash them before using them (as you should anyway). Otherwise the room itself was spacious with a washer and dryer. A few steps from the beach, lots of good food and coffee around.

Beds were comfortable, lovely big bathroom and jets in the bath. Could sit on Balcony. Lovely

The apartment was incredibly spacious, clean, tidy, and came with a great balcony and a fully equipped kitchen. It provided a very comfortable and relaxing environment 👍 The reception staff were professional, welcoming, and friendly 🥰🥰🥰 They were also thoughtful enough to prepare a lovely card and a bottle of red wine for our anniversary :) We were absolutely delighted with our stay here. We would love to come back again in the future! Thank you so much for everything 💖💖💖

Painless check in with super friendly staff. Spacious comfy room with balcony. Short walk to cafe, bars and shopping centre. Would definitely return

Trying to charge you $25 for parking when there is parking on site in the building. I parked for free on the street out front of the hotel.
