Receptionist is very bad..I was about to check in at 2:30PM but the reception said my room isn’t ready yet.. he ask me to wait until ready. With my condition was not feeling well since travel from malaysia, my kids too. We had to wait for almost 30 minutes, no drinks was served as a token of their late room readiness. It’s totally doesnt meet my expectation for 4 stars hotel. Frustrated with the service. Also the room is to simple. Not recommend for anyone to stay here. ☹️
