Canyon Haus

First time with YotelPAD! Staff were super helpful and welcoming. Rooms are compact and well appointed. I'll stay again in the future.

Room seemed small and very clean but somewhat nonfunctional with high cabinets/high bar for hanging, no black out curtains, unclear of what amenities were available for us.

In the evening we wanted to sit with the fire. A worker came out to turn it on and couldn’t figure it out and told us someone would be out to get it going. We waiting a long time and he came back once and then ignored us. Other people wanted the fires on as well. Also would be nice to have shade outside. It would be nice to sit and relax in the day but with no shade it wasn’t as relaxing when it was really hot out

Broken hot tub most nights. Otherwise was a reasonable location, easy to access lifts, and appreciate boot and ski storage, including heating of boots. Asked multiple times for daily fee to be reduced as hot tub was unusable - manager never returned calls or emails.

Maintenance staff was super sketchy. They need to be investigate. Kept getting odd smells in my room every time they were ‘working’ on the room next to mine. Also very rude and unprofessional.

Staff was very very rude to me as I was preparing to leave. Complained about toxic smells in the room and he accused me of trying to get a discount. I ended up calling 911 because of the toxic smells in my room. Maintenance staff was definitely complicit and it was NOT their first time doing something like that.

Good location. The primary front desk staff were very kind.

🚨 Very very shady maintenance staff. Every time they were working on the room next to mine, I would get strange smells in my room or some sort of gas would be emitted into my that would cause the oxygen levels to drop. I ended up calling 911.

Maintenance staff was super sketch. Kept getting odd smells in my room while they were working on the room adjacent to mine. When I complained, staff accused me of trying to get a discount (even though my room had been paid in full). I ended up filing a police report.

The maintenance staff at Yotelpad is very very sketchy. Every time they were working on the room next to mine, I would get very odd smells in my room that would cause my oxygen levels to drop. Had to wear face masks while there (photo attached) I ended call 911
