I would like to warn travelers not to stay here on weekends if you value your sleep. Incredibly Loud music Saturday - Sunday nights in the atrium that the rooms face. It goes on until 2 in the morning. Lots of people complain but they don’t do anything about it. Staff were extremely friendly. Spa was great. Weekend night’s were intolerable.

Private event was too loud and workers had their music way too loud early in the morning. Felt like I didn’t sleep much. Other then that it’s a nice clean hotel

The swimming pool was getting renovated.

The hotel and staff were excellent, however on arrival we were no treated very nice, I had requested early check up and when we arrived I was told they were no rooms available till later, I was upset and insisted on the gentleman to please check the reservation, it was not until that moment that he change his behavior and say that they had rooms available, and would give me my upgraded room later. The rest of the staff was great, the place is also beautiful.

I experienced my favorite artist hotel and food is excellent.

Front desk left out a few details on what the hotel offers, like shuttle to get to the nearby places. No hand soap in the public restrooms Pool isn’t open hot tub was not hot at all. Inside the suite: Iron didn’t work properly Light fixtures in bathroom above mirror were not working.
