"Not what you would expect of a place like this."

We didn't stay the night. we only had the wedding dinner at the restaurant. Both the service and the food were severely lacking. I would expect a disappearing waiter in a cheap restaurant, but not at these prices1 Regarding the food. How can you serve Shrimp Fettuccini Alfredo without the parmesan cheese? I literally had to request the Parmesan cheese. The other family members will have to write their own reviews. For a bill over 5000 pesos everything was sadly lacking. Probably need a better restaurant manager.

The hotel is nice the valet and security guys are all very helpful and friendly. The front desk is not they are not knowledgeable and arent really willing to help the guest. The pool can definitely be better well kept.

We stayed in the top room- above presidential suite, very fancy. Definitely worth the money. Staff was great. The only minor issue I would say the pool need maintenance and it could use more weekly cleaning. It was still worth the stay. Food was great. Highly recommend.
