Sutton Staithe Hotel

character & Location to boat yard as hiring a day boat clean white fluffy towels, comfortable bed. Good food, arrived hot Friendly staff & locals much improved since our stay last year, rooms now decorated / themed & much brighter

room especially bathroom was very cold when we arrived as no heating on, did have a fan heater which helped but had to stand it on only chair for lead to reach plug & leave bathroom door open which helped, lots of complaints ref cold rooms from our party of 10.

Second time staying here, staff always friendly and helpful. Rooms large and spacious with comfortable beds

beautiful 200 year old building set on the river...very welcoming & friendly staff .chief superb! food (evening menu and breakfast fantastic) one of the best hotels I've stayed! Thank you

Clean, comfortable rooms. Fruenfly staff. Good food.

Heating wasn't working and I was only given a room heater the bext day.

My third stay. Convenient and pleasant surroundings. Room was delightful with most needs met.

Just one but important matter. After a cold night there was no heating available. I pointed this out to the manager at checkout. After initial silence he remarked that summer is on the way !!!
