Always clean and very comfortable. Staff is exceptional.

Coffee in the room is just okay

Doctor recommended I sleep in a recliner second and third night. The first 2 workers I asked said no problem but were busy at the time - which was ok as we were going out for supper. I gladly offered to pay extra for that service. When we returned, no recliner, so when we came back down to desk - the clerk came from the other hotel came over and very rudely told us that was not allowed and we needed to book a room ahead of time with a recliner. If we had known that - we sure would have done that needless to say - I attempted to sleep sitting up in the desk chair as sitting up in bed did not work. I went in for a procedure the next morning without a good night sleep and had a very upset medical team.

A great property that places great focus on providing access to workout equipment and opportunities. Our room had a dedicated stretching area with a full-length mirror, a yoga mat, blocks, and elastic band equipment (similar to TRX). Some rooms even have Peloton bikes. The common workout facility is large and offers a variety of equipment. Check-in was smooth. Staff was friendly and helpful in answering our questions. Parking is limited and shared with the Staybridge Suites. We had no problem in finding a space, and we totally appreciated the underground garage. The room was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was cooked to order and was good. I've already booked a return visit.

I have never been here and didn’t know it existed. Lucky for me I found a room here and it was amazing price and oh so clean and quiet. The only very huge issue I found there to be was that Machelle on the Staybridge side is extremely rude woman. Enough so I do not want to return. While the young lady checked me in and was explaining things I think her name is Mandy she has the most absolutely beautiful dimples and smile. The way Machelle but in and talked to her demanding some books from her and was extremely nasty the rest of the stay with her and how degrading she spoke after the young lady walked away. She said she was working on them but would be happy to get them when done and she would not take this answer and humiliated the poor girl till she went and retrieved them. This woman should not be working with the public cause I watched her continuously do this to not only her but many other coworkers and guests included. The young lady took it in stride and smiled. But no one ever deserves that. An another guest who is a frequent stayer said she is always like this. It is sad. Please reevaluate your front end team.
