Great space for 4 adults in the ‘thick-of-it’ in NDOT (as the locals say). Will be even better when they complete the 2nd Ave renos!

Great stay! This was part of a longer trip home from FL to IL. Super easy check in process, close to parking garage, very clean place!

i got locked out while family was locked inside for hours on first day... poor communication with false promises not upheld, lousy credit offered con sidering the danger wile family locked inside (what if fire? no other way out) door left much less secure after the damaged to break us in and swap out the fauly deadbolt... took days and multiple requests to get simple towels and coffee (only left 1 coffe pack for a 6 days stay!) and never repaired small issue app said would take care of still broken 5 days later! terrible overall, too bad nice place/location

A perfect spot if you want to hit Broadway, and a short walk from Printer’s Alley. However, 2nd Ave is being re-built. So, there is extensive construction going on. It’s not really a hindrance to get around, but the work crews start very early in the morning. It can also be an issue for Uber drop-off / pick-ups. Also, there are bars immediately below the apartment that have live music. Again… not much of an issue if you plan to stay out until bar time. We appreciated having Cerveza Jack’s right downstairs to hang out at. The apartment itself is great. Very clean, well appointed. The bedrooms get pretty warm from the sun coming through the windows. Other than that, we really had no complaints.

I think it may be important to inform renters of the construction taking place right outside the windows on 2nd street. It began at 5:30am and was incredibly loud. We would not have rented this unit. The air conditioning does not reach the two bedrooms. We had it on quite cold but the rooms were extremely warm. Can’t recommend the property, unfortunately.

It was the perfect location. We could walk around the block to any bar. It was roomy it was clean, it was easy to get in and out of and all the instructions were super clear and easy. We also had Taco Bell cantina next door which was an added bonus!! I would highly recommend!

Great location if you are looking at downtown. Noisy until bar closure but nothing that will prevent you to sleep. Beautifully decorated. Has 1.5 bathroom, wich is super convenient. Cleanliness was not to my standard.
