"Komme wieder, war super!"

Sehr reichhaltiges Frühstück, alles was es braucht. Die Einrichtung mit dem Thema Flugzeug ist sehr originell. Speziell ausgefallen war die Aufteilung des Zimmers zu den Fenstern.

Schönes Hotel mit gutem Restaurant, gutes Frühstück.

Das Restaurant und die Lobby waren nicht sehr warm, man musste fast in der Jacke dort sitzen.

Das Frühstück war reichhaltig. Verschiedene Brote, Käse, Fleisch meistens 2 Sorten und Lachs. Div yogurth , Müesli und Säfte. Sehr freundliche Bedienung. Hat uns sehr gefallen top👍

Keine info über die angrenzende air lounge für ein Nachtessen dort. Schade…..dies Könnte bei hotelgästen gezielt angepriesen werden.

- Lage, weil nahe Bahnhof und Gondel - Migros direkt nebenan und Coop auch in der Nähe - Viele Restaurants in der Nähe - Es gibt Tiefgarage oder Aussenparkplätze (vergünstigt) --> Mit einem VW Caddy Maxi in der Tiefgarage möglich - Sauberes Zimmer + bei einem Bad gibt es Badesalz :) - Es gab Glutenfreies Brot bei Nachfrage

- Uns wurde nicht gesagt am Empfang, dass wir ein Ticket erhalten mit der Gondel nach Reuti. Wir haben das selbst bezahlt und ich habe heute gesehen, dass wir pro Person ein Ticket erhalten haben für die Gondelfahrt via Email - Das Personal war nicht immer ganz kompetent am Empfang und im Restaurant. Da wünsche ich mir mehr Sicherheit bei den Infos. Zum Beispiel: Kindermenü Abendessen war riesig - Wir haben nachgefragt für 2 Kinder und es hiesse kleine Portionen. Letztlich haben 2 Kinder 1 Teller gegessen und ich den zweiten (Essensverschwendung) und parallel war die Salatvorspeise für CHF 23.-- eher bescheiden und auch die Zwiebelsuppe (Tagessuppe) war zu salzig

Tolle Lage und super nettes Personal!

Es war im Restaurant und auch beim Frühstück sehr kalt.. ohne Jacke war es nicht möglich länger zu sitzen
