-fomos bem recepcionados, atendimento rápido e preciso.

-não podia mexer na cama pq fazia muito barulho, vi outra pessoa reclamando da mesma coisa -talheres e louças mal lavadas no café da manhã, poucas opções de bolos (tinha um só)

Localização, conforto!

Na chegada o atendente não teve jogo de cintura, não foi cordial, teve que ter intervenção da gerência! Nos demais contatos com o mesmo sem nenhuma reação positiva comigo! Demais funcionários foram perfeitos! Estacionamento com manobrista, não podemos deixar estacionar o carro na garagem!

Enxoval péssimo. Manchado, gasto, puído. Horroroso. Café da manhã sem reposição, pobre. Música alta e desagradável durante o café da manhã. Desinteresse do funcionário do café em atender o cliente. Já me hospedei outras vezes nesse hotel e foi bom. Agora foi decepcionante.
