Buen desayuno, buena ubicación si es que vas al Mall. Ojo esta lejos de Atlanta, yo hice una hora en auto. El hotel y las personas que están en recepción todas muy bien. Las camas y las almohadas muy bien, el hotel muy silencioso. Todo muy bien.

Lo único que no me gustó fue la deshonestidad de las personas que trabajan haciendo la limpieza de la habitación. El día que salimos olvidé en la zona de la TV mis AirPods. Salimos de la habitación con algo de prisa y tuve que manejar durante toda la tarde, cuando llegué a otra ciudad, me di cuenta del descuido que tuve. Me comuniqué al hotel mediante mensaje via Booking y no me contestaron. Hablé con una señorita de recepción y muy amable me dijo que en el departamento de lost and found no habían reportado nada, pero estarían pendientes. Cuatro días después de que salimos del hotel regresé ya que estaba en la ciudad de Glatinburg, Tennessee y mi aplicación "encontrar" de mi dispositivo indicaba que mis AirPods seguían en el Hotel. Nuevamente la señorita de la recepción fue muy amable y pidió al huésped que ahí estaba si me dejaría buscar. La huésped fue muy amable y me dejó entrar y no encontré los AirPods. Mi aplicación marcaba que ahí seguían. Regresé a casa (Quintana Roo, México) y mi aplicación seguía señalando que los Airpods seguían en el hotel. Hasta hoy, 11 de agosto que se movieron y se encuentran en 6960 Bannister Park Ln, Cumming, GA 30028. Y me da coraje porque soy de las personas que deja propina para las personas de limpieza. Que le costaba dejarlos en recepción? Ni hablar!

Above Arrival on Friday evening. I went to store to purchased some snacks to keep in the refrigerator for my Diabetes. The Refrigerator was not working upon returning to hotel. Its was around 10p.m. or later. The night guy Adam try his best to fix the issue finally on Refrigerator number 3 they thought they fixed it. Waking Saturday morning refrigerator was not working food was hot as ever.I proceeded to take a shower when going into the bathroom the walkin shower I requested turns out to be a tub.I requested a walkin shower because im partial disable and with a partial amputation to my foot my balance is not the best for a tub.So, I went to front desk to give details of the Disaster and the Tub issue.Then thenight shift lady came removed food and at 530 am im moving to a new room. Upon moving to new room appears to be better. Yes, a walkin shower as requested. Refrigerator working.overall im alot more pleased. After taking a shower went out side to inspect pool area. Leaves and debris on pool patio area,in the pool on top and the floor of pool. I assume maybe im expecting to much too early..I went ahead did a few things. Came back after lunch pool still Nasty. The pool water does not even seem to be moving (circulating in the pool). Again,big disappointment because I want to try some pool exercises for my affected leg and foot. Pool still not clean on Saturday evening at closing time for pool. Sunday morning I woke went to use the sink...Alot more to story please call me.

Great hotel that looked like new. Highly recommend. Breakfast was great. Room was clean.
