Had trouble connecting The TV in the main living space to local Tv without using our own youtube tv.

Beautiful home and spot. WiFi did not work which prevented me from doing work and checking out was issue. WiFi was a complaint of my kids the entire stay because couldn’t watch their program or use phones effectively. The place was fabulous! The person I corresponded with let me know cable/ WiFi was a citywide issue but no compensation offered. I did go to pool on Sunday and some kids - I assume- had placed a bunch of chairs in hot tub.

Property was a cozy, clean, and perfectly located to spend time with the family and the kiddos. The Christmas Tree was the special touch for us.

The rooms in the basement were nice and dark at night. Other than that I don’t have a lot of things to say I like. The porch swing was nice as well .

This property was extremely strict. They had a “ list “ of things that if you did even on accident you’d be charged for. Example- if you move the pool table at all you’ll be charged, it made it where you felt like you walked on eggshells. They have a movie theater and NO WIFI. It says you don’t need a password to login in and yet it never worked. They have multiple tvs and the only two that worked was two of them- but funny part is not at the same time. If you were watching a movie in the the living room you couldn’t in the movie theater visa versa. They barely provided extra trash bags, toilet paper and dish tablets and the views from the balcony’s were horrible. The hot tub was on the second floor so it leaked onto the second (main patio). I’ve been to gatlinburg many times and this was hangs down my least favorite cabin. I would never stay or recommend this one knowing others are well more equipped

We truly enjoyed our stay at Smoky Haven! Everything was very clean. The only recommendations: offer more pots and pans, potholders, and somewhere to put our trash. Overall, we would definitely book this cabin again. Thank you!

The cabin was awesome, the location was awesome.

My son had an allergic reaction to the detergent in the sheets and towels, so we spent half a day in urgent care and the other half washing all the sheets and towels. The wifi and direct tv were horrible..
