Tai saved us. The night valet didn't take any information nor sent us a text so finding out 2 cars was a scavenger hunt. Tai was helpful , polite and assured us that he would figure this out.

I stayed at the Graduate Hotel in East Lansing in October 2025, and from start to finish, my experience was exceptional. The moment I pulled up to the entrance, I was greeted by the valet, Sam Walker, whose outstanding service truly set the tone for my visit. Sam was professional, attentive, and incredibly kind—he greeted me by name, helped with my bags, and made sure my car was handled with care. Throughout my stay, I noticed how he went above and beyond not only for me but for every guest arriving and departing. His genuine hospitality made a lasting impression and reflected the welcoming atmosphere that defines the Graduate. Inside, the hotel’s décor was both charming and nostalgic, perfectly blending collegiate spirit with boutique comfort. My room was spotless and thoughtfully designed, with cozy touches that made it feel uniquely “East Lansing.” The staff at the front desk were friendly and accommodating, providing great recommendations for local restaurants and campus spots. The hotel’s location—just steps from Michigan State University—was perfect for exploring downtown and the beautiful campus. From the stylish lobby to the warm service and comfortable rooms, everything about my stay exceeded expectations. Sam Walker and the entire team exemplified true hospitality, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. The Graduate Hotel remains my top recommendation for anyone visiting East Lansing—especially if you want a mix of comfort, style, and genuine care.

Stayed at the Graduate Hotel for the Michigan game and had a great experience. The hotel was fun, clean, and had a great atmosphere. They even had free ice cream sandwiches in the lobby, which was a nice touch. Only thing that would’ve been better would a MSU win. Shoutout to Michael Wayne from valet who was very friendly and helpful all weekend.

I recently stayed the weekend at the Graduate hotel with friends and it was an amazing experience to say the least. The Rock bar was absolutely amazing with great staff and drinks. The valet service was also incredible and so easy to do. Michael Wayne in particular was really great with the valet staff! Would definitely stay again!!

For a brand new hotel, I was pretty disappointed. The room wasn’t very clean, and some things already looked worn down. The rooftop Rock Bar had a cool setup, but the service was slow and not very friendly, which took away from the experience. I did valet when I arrived and was helped quickly, but overall, it wasn’t the best stay. I expected more from a new place.

Had a nice stay overall — the hotel was clean and in a great location. The rooftop Rock Bar was fun with good music and a cool view, though service up there could’ve been a bit quicker. The valet team did a great job getting our car in and out fast, and Michael was really friendly and welcoming.

We had a great time at The Rock Bar for my sister’s birthday and highly recommend it for a night out. A special thanks to Michael, our valet, who was quick and friendly, and made parking super simple. Overall, the whole experience was easy and enjoyable!

Stayed at the hotel for a weekend trip and overall had a pretty good experience. The room was clean and comfortable, and the rooftop Rock Bar was definitely a highlight — great views and atmosphere. The valet service was smooth and convenient, and Michael was super friendly and helpful when we arrived. Would stay here again.
