"Great place to stay if you plan to go visit Carlsbad Caverns"

Great place to stay near Carlsbad Caverns. Friendly staff. Good sized room with nice bath and kitchenette. Very clean.

Breakfast was limited - no hot items.

Staff was nice

Loud room near front. Kitchen was dirty. Hair in bathroom floor. Plaster coming off around shower. Cracks in shower. No place to put toiletries in shower.

Got to room & fridge was unplugged so it wasn’t cold at all for our cold groceries. Plugged it in & knew why, there was a loud noise that didn’t go away even after 4-5 hours so had to consume all perishables & unplug it. Then the room was 77 when we got there so it took hours to cool down. During the night it kept shutting off & wouldn’t come back on until it was at least 6-8 degrees above the temp we set it so everyone said they didn’t sleep well because it was so hot in the room. There were bags of beer cans by the elevator & someone threw up in the elevator. Still wasn’t cleaned up the next day. Never staying there again!!

"Room was great, minus blood stained comforter"

Front desk was really friendly. Breakfast was ok. The room was larger than I anticipated which was nice. We found some tiny blood stains on one of the comforters the morning of check out. I brought it to the front desk’s attention, not sure that came of it, since I left.
