We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Gartenhotel. I can say it was one of the best hotel experiences we have had. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome with their warm hospitality and attention to detail. It is a family run hotel and they made us feel like part of their family. We were a very large group and the hotel was extremely accommodating to all of our needs. They let us use the play room and the reception area for our gatherings, they allowed us to use dishes from their kitchen and were there to address every one of our asks. They were extremely helpful in booking wonderful restaurants and providing other recommendations in the area. The apartment we stayed in was spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, the kitchen was top-notch, and the view from our balcony was breathtaking. The hotel’s breakfast was equally impressive with many tasty choices. Huge selections of teas was always available as well as coffees and snacks. The location was perfect, with easy access to Kitzbuhel ski slops making it convenient for both relaxation and skiing. What truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional service. Every staff member we encountered went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, always greeting us with a smile and a willingness to help. Nothing! Everything was perfect.

Beautiful cozy family run hotel, the staff was great, the room was kept clean and tidy and it had a great green initiatives. Our little toddler had a lot of fun in the playroom with all the toys. The heating was on and never felt like it was winter outside. The breakfast had enough choice to satisfy everyone.

Everything was perfect - clean room, delicious breakfast, relaxing spa. Massage chair was awesome!

Was a little confusing about room service. I thought it was like in a regular hotel but turned out I had to request it. There was a card explaining it but it was in German. Please make instructions in English as well. You get many foreigners and they would appreciate it. Thank you

We loved that it was family run and felt like a home more than a hotel. The owners were very warm and hospitable. We were unlucky enough to lose our keys in the snow and were unable to find them before we left, we were happy to pay for the lost key and were not expecting them to find them before the snow melted - however they were found the next day and they returned our payment. Thank you Rosenhof, you were all very kind

Nothing at all… but it would have been nice to have a washing machine on site

Wow, what a great place. We were there with my parents (75 & 77 yrs old) and our 2 kids (11 & 13 yrs old). They truly think of all the small details and what makes a family run hotel (mini-resort) memorable. We loved the small wellness, spa area. I probably used that massage chair every day! Breakfast was the best we've had on our trip, the small coffee & tea area after a long day on the slopes was terrific. The self-serve bar area is a great touch. We used the games room daily, the ski storage area was perfect. Also location was great for Kitzbuhel and surrounding towns. And above all else, the stay were always so friendly and helpful!!
