Er waren gratis koffiekoekjes aan de receptie, en het personeel was vriendelijk bij het inchecken.

De kamer was veel te klein, en de badkamer viel heel erg tegen. De doucheslang kon niet vastgezet worden en er was geen thermostaatkraan. Er waren geen bekertjes voor bij het tanden poetsen, en er was geen drinkwater voorzien. Er waren geen haakjes om jassen aan op te hangen, en er was weinig ruimte om bagage en dergelijke uit te stallen.
