WaterWalk Extended Stay by Wyndham Charlotte - Arrowood

The staff was nice, and it was cheap.

Do not be fooled by the pictures! It is not nearly as nice as it looks; it is very run-down, and the rooms were not clean. There were stains on the floor, and the place smelled like weed the entire stay. It is a mix of residential and part-time visitors and did not seem like a safe place.

The price was good but that was about it.

It was not clean with stains on the floor. The tenants were very loud, and it constantly smelled like weed. People kept propping the doors open, and I was not comfortable with that because, after I booked it, I realized that there was a shooting next door a few months prior.

They had roaches, and promised a partial refund that I have yet to receive. They didn't want to switch my room at first. They know they have roaches, and haven't done anything about it

How the rooms were made

It was hot in the rooms and we couldn't use the tvs because we didnt have no remote controllers
