"Improvement on WiFi connection"

"I didn't like the way they treated me since i was very tired and expected better"

No breakfast

I couldn't get the suite i booked, when i arrived onsite i was told that the suite was taken and they couldn't do anything but to send me to another place that's in the bushes 😔, it was scary for me to drive there, I was exhausted from a long drive knowing that i booked a nice place, the manager spoke with me over the phone telling me that since i booked online they can't do anything,they are just helping me by sending me there and the prices were lower compared to what I booked even though I can't get refund

La chambre n'était pas celle qu'on espérait. Odeur de javel très fort, odeur d'humidité et de moisissure. Toit fuyant, il pleuvait , l'eau coulait dans la salle de bain, sur les lits on recevait des gouttes en dormant, lits mouillés
