we booked two rooms for to ladys suposed to be the same rooms like room no8. room no 7 is totaly wrong to give it to the one person, iam so disapointed.

Got the room in the last minutes. There were frequent updates about the property before our stay. The facilities, even though we did not have the opportunity to use them because of the kids, such as braai facilities.

Maybe consider small bottles for dishwashing so one doesn't have to wait until morning to get washing done. A soup for bathing as well, since the one provided was too small and meant for washing hands, not bathing. Also, the "break something and pay sign was a turn-off. Perhaps better to let people know about this when they check in than to have those signs all over the room.

Very modest accomodition,

Area around the lodge industrial type. Lodge location across a main road busy with long haul trucks. Initially wrong room allocated , subsequently corrected. Room clean. No coffee, tea or sugar in the kitchen. No shampoo. Thick ice in the fridge freezer with poor cooling. Mattress on one of the beds was very soft. Sheets clean. Security light filtering through the curtains disturbing sleep. Overall basic accommodation.
