Smell in corridors no tissues shampoo etc arrived 2.25 room not ready bathrooms out dated carpets worn

Room dirty found false eye lashes on the floor. Toilet wasn't clean, ie Not flushed and cleaned correctly.

Perfect location, excellent breakfast

Bathroom needs updating

It was cheap and we are pensioners which left us more to spend on various trips.

Room, very small. No bedside lamps. Couldn't switch off the main light without getting out of bed. One wardrobe which only had one door, the other had been fastened shut. No other storage space.

Lovely hotel, beautiful views, lovely clean bedroom and bathroom (bathroom a bit old fashioned but it's part of its charm I think!) Staff very kind and friendly.

We just like the view, from our window we can see the beach. We enjoyed the night view

They should come and changes the bin or leave extra bin bags. I had to asked for bin bags and I changed the bins.

My room, though basic, was very clean.

The corridors smelt musty and were a bit tatty. When booking I said I couldn't manage stairs, so was re assured there was a lift. But then was placed on the 3rd floor at the far end of the building along several corridors one with a slope and and another with 2 steps for me to negotiate with my luggage

Breakfast was perfect buffet very well laid out

The bed was very comfortable and the staff were very friendly

This property needs a full renovation. We had a double sea view room on the second floor which was tiny. The bathroom was extremely dated [1970’s) and in a very poor state. The decor was not good . No telephone in the room to contact reception if there was an emergency and one old lift which only took 2 people. Breakfast was limited. This is a budget hotel. We expected better for the cost of the room.
