The gentleman that was working went above and beyond for our stay we are very grateful for him. Breakfast was amazing. Definitely recommend.

Location however would have liked a lake view room.

Haven’t spent $275 a night for a chain hotel before. Crazy expensive for what you get

The location is great and close to town, restaurants, boat tours, and miners Rock Falls. The staff at check in was very friendly and the young man who works afternoons was helpful and friendly as well.

I think the hotel is short staffed which I understand but the room could have been cleaner. We stayed two days and we had to call for additional towels which they provided but no housekeeping if you are staying for more than a day.
