"Ei liikematkaajan hotelli"

Vastaanoton sijainti oli erittäin sekava. Varausvahvistuksessa ei ollut mitään tietoa siitä, että vastaanotto ei ole samassa rakennuksessa, vaan muualla (jonka sijainnista ei ollut mainintaa). Vastaanoton aukioloaikakin oli varausvahvistuksesta poikkeava, piti olla avoinna klo 16-20, mutta olikin suljettu jo klo 18 (vartijan antaman tiedon mukaan). Onneksi vartija luovutti huoneen avaimet n. 30 minuutin odotuksen jälkeen. Aamiainenkaan ei ollut samassa rakennuksessa, vaan toisessa, johon oli n. 300 - 400 metrin kävelymatka. Tästäkään ei ollut hotellin Hotels.com-sivuilla tai varausvahvistuksessakaan mainintaa, vain pienellä ilmoitustaululla hotellin aulassa. Tämä ei ole todellakaan liikematkaajan hotelli.
