The shower was fine

The fact we were 6 in one room and had to remind staff we need blankets and towels for 6 instead of 4 every day. The fact that breakfast did not meet our standards with often not having bagels or milk for coffee. The sofa was not comfortable nor representative for kids under 7, which felt every qioul in the mattress, unbelievable for this kind of establishment. The self service drying machine just kept our clothes damp, and was not performing as expected. Bottom line 6 of 10.

Great service. The rooms were very clean and conformable. It was easy to travel with our children. The included breakfast had something for everyone.

Stayed here as it was literally across the street from the Teterboro Airport, in town to pick someone up. Had no problem finding it, no problems with available parking. Check-in was quick and easy and up to the room. I got a room pretty close to the elevators but did not suffer any bad noise. Overall the inside of the hotel was pretty quiet on both nights. I got a room facing out toward the airport and Rt 17. So, the view of Manhattan in the distance is kind of nice, but the noise from Rt 17 was pervasive. I was awakened on both nights by truck/car/motorcycle noise from the roadway. If you're a light sleeper, ask for a room facing in, away from the street. The included breakfast was middle-of-the-road, with ridiculously tiny plates attempting to control the amount of food going out. The selections are okay, but a strange mix of paper and real plates/bowls and real and plastic flatware. Carl on the flat top is an asset to the property, an wonderful, open, charming, and outgoing fellow who is all about the service. Great to see him each morning. The room was fine, no problems with anything. It's clear from the state of some of the furniture pieces that they have been through some very rough treatment, but all worked find and were sturdy/stable. No problems with the bed or bath; the toilet tried to run all night but I managed to square that away myself in no time. TV selection was okay, with the remotes slow and the guide totally out to lunch--had to scroll through the channels one by one to see what was on when. The hotel is pet-friendly and my daughter's dog was very welcome. They even provided a little plastic cachet of dog dookie bags and a ceramic dog bowl for him--thank you. If I were coming back to the Teterboro Airport, I would stay here again.

Cleaner than most hotels near American Dream.

The hotel is nice they only light clean every other day which i was there a week and they never cleaned, the hallways are slightly dirty and the included breakfast is not that good they have a chef which sounds nice but it's not he makes you a tiny plate with eggs everyday no bacon no waffles just some toast with a few miniature pastries and oranges and apples

Not worth the money

Close to American Dream. Easy place to stay with friendly staff. Pool was out and we had reserved this place so we could use pool so we were disappointed.

Everything was perfect!
