FYI, Hi, I have issue at the seaview hotel langkawi. Last night cannot sleep until morning got ghost disturb me all night.. i request to refund my payment for another 2 days that i already paid before. I already ask the hotel team & they said need to ask my booking apps if want to get my refund. We cannot sleep until Subuh. My head feels headache now like want to burst.. Kindly arrange my refund I cannot stay at this hotel. Hope you can consider my request this is very big issue if something happens to me this is not good for hotel review. Last night Before all off this happen to us.. I already request to change room because got issue with TV cannot function, hair dryer cannot function & toilet bowl cannot flushed properly. The reception said house keeping need to clean the room 1st once ready around 1 hour they will inform & change room. After 5 minutes they called & inform housekeeping cannot clean the room because working hours just until 11pm they to go back. She Saiz got 1 twin room at same level if I want. But I said i don’t want. I wait for the room to change today. We go out for dinner & after we back from dinner this things happen to us. Please & please consider my requests. Thank you. Reply from hotel:👇 Dear Booking.com Customer Service Team, Thank you for your email regarding Reservation No. 6132602007 for Ms. We acknowledge the guest's feedback regarding the toilet bowl and television in the assigned room. Upon receiving the complaint, our team responded and offered an alternative room as an immediate solution. However, the alternative room offered was declined by the guest. As the hotel had taken reasonable steps to address the reported issues during the stay, we regret to inform you that we are unable to approve the guest's request for a full refund. The guest continued to occupy the room and the reservation remains subject to the booking terms and conditions agreed upon at the time of booking.
