We were here only for a night while attending a wedding on the Stanford University campus but we had a great stay. Easy access to Stanford area via Uber/Lyft although there’s nothing to do in the immediate surrounding areas so just expect to be Ubering everywhere most times. The hotel decor is so chic and modern with lots of plants and earthy colors, totally my vibe! They greet you with a cute little citrine stone door gift at check-in, and the rooms were nice and spacious with wood flooring and no nasty carpets, thankfully! The shower amenities from EmerginC featuring kombucha and citrusy flavors smelt INCREDIBLE- would totally buy it if they sold it. Nespresso machine in the room and free fruit infused water in the main lobby was a great feature as well, and I appreciated the steamer iron provided for us to steam our cocktail dresses for the wedding. Gym was small but looked clean with Peloton bikes included. Pool area was MUCH tinier than we saw in the photos but it’s OK since we didn’t get a chance to use it. The hotel’s restaurant, Wild Onion actually serves delicious brunch too - highly recommend the lobster Benedict. Our only complaint is that the pillows were totally shapeless and your head will sink right onto the bed once you lay on it. Would recommend hotel management to invest in better pillows. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and will probably pick this hotel again the next time we have to visit Palo Alto!

The restaurant was very good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was lovely. They get HBO! Didn't really like the motion sensitive light in the bathroom at night.

This is a nice, small, and clean hotel in Palo Alto. Some facts to consider: - There is no room service (for food and drinks) - There is only one restaurant at the hotel - but the food is pretty decent - Valet is expensive (and I couldn't find better and convenient parking options). But valet service is pretty fast. We had a few issues in the room (the heater not working as expected/advertised and the faucet handle came out on the first use,..). Overall, it's a good place to stay if you already have your expectations on some of its limitations.

Room way too hot! Couldn’t get it cooler and have seen lots of compliments about this same issue. Not good

Rooms were nice, lobby and pool areas were great. Friendly staff, very comfortable hotel. Would stay there again no problem.
