AC Hotel by Marriott Palo Alto

Staff was so welcoming and flexible with requests.

No restaurant, maybe more unhealthy snacks lol

Property condition & staff

I stay here because it’s close to where I need to be when I travel for work. The rooms are clean, comfy, and reliable. The staff is friendly. The food is not very good and not worth the cost. The bar is mediocre at this location compared to other AC’s.

The stay was amazing and there bar was great and the bar keep Nathan was great and the guest was friendly

Street parking .

This hotel is very nice. It is super clean and very modern. We liked the spacious room we had. The air system is also good, the AC was cold which felt good other days. We used the food credit for bagels from Citrine Hotel which is the sister hotel. Coffee service was also much appreciated. There is a nice gym, too. This hotel does feel like it is in the middle of nowhere and you definitely need a car. There is plenty of free street parking so skip the valet. The views from the hotel are all equally not interesting as it is surrounded by warehouses and oil change service stations. On the last night a truck had its back-up sound on for a while and the incessant beeping woke me up as I thought it was an alarm in the hotel. Still I’d stay here again as we got a great rate of just a little more than $100/night. Proximity to Palo Alto and Stanford was what we were seeking.

Check in was a breeze. Amy was so helpful and kind . Rooms are nice and quiet with a beautiful view.
