AC Hotel by Marriott Palo Alto

Wonderful hotel. It was a great location, secure with key entry to elevator/floors. Very clean and staff very helpful. Valet parking available and reasonable. Not far from Shoreline Amphitheater.

I have the best staying experience in this place in this year. Definitely will come back here if I visit next time:) new and quiet, the lady works in front desk is so nice and supportive.

I had a wonderful experience. The hotel is modern, very clean, and has a stylish atmosphere. The first thing I noticed was the fresh and pleasant scent in the lobby—it gives a great first impression. The front desk team and the valet staff were especially kind, professional, and welcoming, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it’s a comfortable and elegant place, perfect for a relaxing night.

The only thing I didn’t like much is the street access—it’s one-way, so every time I missed the turn I had to take a long U-turn that added a few minutes. A bit inconvenient, but overall the hotel itself was excellent.

The place is beautiful, clean, very modern furniture, etc.

The room bathroom has a toilet stall, where you can hear everything! This was my first night together with my new girlfriend. Very awkward! When the room comes to 350 bucks after taxes and everything, it is completely inappropriate to have that kind of toilet! The room, coffee cups were Styrofoam. Other than those two things everything was perfect.

From the valet to the desk, all the staff was super friendly. Rooms were modern and comfortable.
