AC Hotel by Marriott Palo Alto

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! Everything was brand new, and the room was impeccably clean. The entire experience was fantastic. The gym was incredible—modern, thoughtfully equipped, and even included small details like chilled towels and water with ice in the cooler. The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The secure, well-maintained parking added to the convenience, and the lobby was stunning with its cozy fireplace and a great bar. The atmosphere, the attention to detail, and the overall modern vibe of the hotel were simply outstanding. Plus, the location was perfect. It was truly a memorable stay!

There was no microwave in the room

The property and the rooms were in excellent conditions! Staff was really friendly, overal a great stay! The only downside is the only parking is Valet, or looking for street parking.

Had an excellent 2-day stay in AC hotel in Palo Alto, imho hotel is perfect for business travels. Very conveniently located in close proximity to Mountain View and Sunnyvale - taking a taxi was not a problem even during rush hour. Hotel is modern and comfortable, some reviews mentioned noise, but my room was quiet. Bed is comfortable, there is coffee/tea in the room, drinking water available on the floor. Can’t comment on local food, but I had take away delivered without any issues, and Pete’s coffee open from 5am is 15 mins away by foot. Internet is stable, sufficient for video calls. Staff is friendly and helpful. I’ll definitely be back.

We had a very nice stay. Nate - the bartender made our trip fantastic. He was so kind and fun. We really enjoyed his company. He had wonderful things to say about how much he loved his job. He was a breath of fresh air!
