Me gusto que esta céntrico y tiene estacionamiento con seguridad. Lo que no me gustó fue que no nos hicieron el servicio a la habitación un día debido a que el hotel estaba lleno.

I loved the entire visit. The staff, the ambiance, the beds were comfortable and the rooms very neat and clean. The history of the hacienda and the fact that it was owned by former President Fox.

la habitación muy bien, el personal muy atento y amable solo me llamó la atención que para subir al primer piso, el acceso está por fuera del edificio y no por el lobby

All hotel members were extremely nice and helpful, super clean and parking was gated operated 24/7. The receptionist, security, management and all were so attentive and caring for their guests! Best service I have ever received

El hotel esta nuevo y todo muy limpio. Lo único que me hubiera gustado es que tuviera alberca. Fuera de eso todo muy bien.
