"Why use high-intensity LEDs in a smoke detector?"

Nice room, clean. Beds are firm. Usual amenities. Mostly quiet. It is impossible to sleep in an otherwise decent room due to the constant strobing from the high-intensity LEDs in the ceiling smoke detector. Itโ€™s like being flash-photographed every 10 seconds, with a second LED firing every thirty. These light up a dark room like paparazzi and are impossible to ignore. Never again.

"With the exception of the handicapped accessible bathroom and hard pillows it was great."

Easy to find. Great staff. Very clean and good breakfast buffet.

The handicap accessible bathroom had no grab bars and the floors, inside and out of the shower were real slippery. The pillows were big and hard. We both had sore necks.

"After them not being able to find my reservation ordeal, I had a lovely stay"

I have dairy allergies, so I would have liked options for breakfast. Also, I was dissapointed there were no mini toiletries. Towels and cups were difficult to locate. They were in obscure areas. I did have a lake view suite which was beautiful. I felt safe and secure. I would stay again.
