Such a small detail, but one we appreciated very much. The best coffee that we've ever had at any hotel stay! Breakfast was plentiful and good, also. Our TV wasn't working; we reported it to the front desk and when we got back a couple of hours later, there was a new tv in our room. Now that's SERVICE!

Clean, easy to get to & located right near the things we needed/wanted. Rooms were clean & the walk in shower was nice vs. dingy tubs that are in most hotel rooms

I thought the staff was very friendly and helpful. I absolutely loved the 24 hour coffee machine and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. The room was very clean. The shower was amazing and the location was perfect.

Location

The pool was dirty with stuff floating in, it states that there is a hot tub on the website, when we got to the pool area there was NO hot tub. Other guests were also complaining about it. I was double charged and took 24 hrs to get my $ back that I was overcharged by.
