此次預訂3間房四晚,3個房間被安排在3個不同樓層，對團體之間的聯繫及交誼非常不便因為除了櫃檯外沒有開放任何交誼場所。

Good location, nice staff.

I stayed at ibis Styles Nagoya and unfortunately the overall experience was very disappointing. Check-in was fine and the staff were pleasant and polite. The hotel is also in a good location, and the bedding and towels were clean. However, the room itself was filthy. There were brown stains all over the floor and on the curtains, and the room smelled really bad when we first entered. The smell lingered and made the stay uncomfortable. The bathroom was equally disappointing: the shower was dirty with heavy limescale buildup, and the walls throughout the room were scuffed and marked, giving the entire space a neglected and unhygienic feel. The sanitary bag holder was also empty, which is a basic item that should have been checked. Additionally, the fridge was not very cold and didn’t keep items properly chilled. For a hotel under a well-known brand, the lack of cleanliness and attention to detail was unacceptable. I wouldn’t stay here again unless significant improvements are made.
