USThe location of this lovely, comfortable hotel was perfect for exploring the historic sites of Faro. Staff was friendly and extremely accommodating helping us to check in early and directing us to the public parking garage close by. Watching the sunset from the rooftop pool was an added bonus.
No way to drive to hotel entrance made for a stressful arrival. Recommend better directions be given on where to park for check in.

parking on site not available, and very inconvenient public parking, long walk away from the hotel. The photos give the impression that the hotel is much larger. the pool area on the roof is very small, guests hardly find a place as the space on the roof top appears very small ... appears crowded and too small if the hotel is full.
