The apartment was large but the noise from the bus depot over the road was intolerable.

Half way through my stay a woman walked in to my room with her partner. They had been issued with the key to my room for their stay. When I went to reception to get my key reprogrammed, they didn’t even apologise. Considering recent events you would have thought that an apology would have been the least they could have provided.

Nos alojamos con niños y teníamos un apartamento con un salón-cocina gigantesca equipado con todo lo necesario, habitación independiente, baño muy grande y cuarto independiente con lavadero y tendedero. El baño impecable de limpio, y las camas muy cómodas. La ubicación es excelente, súper céntrica y rodeada de pub y restaurantes.

El parking no está incluido, aunque hay uno muy cerca con zona ORA.

The apartment was really spacious , clean and well equipped.

The sofabed in the living room was really uncomfortable and when we arrived at 11 pm after a long journey there was no bedlinen for it but in all fairness a staff member brought some straight away. Turned out there was no duvet cover or pillowcase. Next morning it was sorted out. On our last morning we had an issue with the smoke alarm going off sporadically and not one member of staff came to check what was happening although the fire brigade turned up at our door. No manager was available for me to speak to on checking out so I emailed them when I got home....twice and still have not heard back.
