Waverley Suite No57 - Donnini Apartments

Excellent all round.

The location of the property was fantastic. Our little boy loved watching the boats and the vehicles in the port. We were walking distance to the beach and the town. The apartment was on the ground floor with no neighbours, which was fantastic. The apartment was nice and big. The sheets and duvets were good quality and comfortable.

It definitely needs a lick of paint. The kitchen needs a bit more equipment if you were staying for a long time. There is only one bathroom, no en suite or separate toilet so if there were lots of people staying this could be problematic. There was only one key. The apartment was very ‘vanilla’ and has no real style about it. The blinds let in far too much light and would be problematic during the bright summer nights.

Excellent location. All windows looked onto the harbour. Waverley Steamer parked outside window. Rowing club also having a workout. Our lucky day. Great view.

Dodgy bathroom door handle. Chipped paint at bedroom door handle. Small things but noticeable.

Good location Lots of space after a few days in hotel rooms.

It could have been cleaner. Superficially clean but not the standard we expected. A bit more elbow grease please. A bit sparse on the essentials, no salt & pepper, cutlery was in need of a good wash, minuscule amount of washing up liquid. Small but important things.

Location met all our needs. Small shop which comes in handy and sea views added bonus

Living area a little cleaner, ie window ledge behind couch had dirt on it. Couches a bit uncomfortable.

The bathroom had no extractor fan or window so it was difficult to get rid of the condensation.
