Blossom Hotel Houston, Curio Collection by Hilton

I would not recommend this hotel, as I find it incredibly inconvenient that if you need to speak to someone at the hotel, they don't pick up their phone. I have a hotel room reservation and called (832-734-8888) more than 10 times in one day to speak to someone about my reservation, but no one picked up. All I got was the automated machine saying "that extension is not valid" when prompted to press "2" for existing reservations, and "I am sorry, but no one is available to take your call."

The experience my wife and I had staying at the Blossom was great. After an 18-hour flight and a 35-minute drive from IAH, we were completely exhausted. Angelo at the front desk was extremely helpful with our room, especially accommodating our early check-in, which we truly appreciated. Another highlight was the valet service the Blossom offers. Basha, one of the valets, was outstanding — very friendly, kind, and professional. His customer service was on point and made us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Everyone was very polite, it was very clean , smell amazing! Only the guys that helped me bring my things to my room had awesome customer service!! The ladies at the front desk also has great customer service!

Very clean

We went for the Robotics World's Competition. The hotel is beautiful. Customer service was great. The rooms were clean, spacious and modern. We utilized the complimentary shuttle a few times that travels within 3 miles of the hotel. Never much of wait as it is first come, first served. The drivers were personable and great to chat with. We would like to acknowledge Mohab and Coach for being fabulous at their job. Having the complimentary breakfast for our event each morning was super nice. It included eggs, meat, muffins, juice, coffee, hash browns, danishes, etc. This is not included typically but, we were their for a group event. Downtown Houston is approximately 6 miles away. It's unfortunate it is nestled in an older industrial/business area for those wanting to explore the immediate area. Keep in mind there are minimal to no restaurants in the immediate area.
