Coach the valet was great everyone was nice

I had such a great experience thanks to Basha! From the moment I arrived, he was incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely welcoming. He made the valet process smooth and stress-free, and went above and beyond to be accommodating. That set the tone for the duration of the stay. It was an excellent first impression!

The hotel is great. We stayed in there two bedroom suite, and it was very spacious.The valet attendants Ahmad and Osama were amazing as we had to go in and out from the hotel several times a day over the course of our trip.

The food was fine. Everything else was a study in institutional indifference. The large screen in the lobby displayed a Windows-style error message — something about a connection needing to be reattached — for all four days of our stay. Not for an hour. Not overnight while someone was working on it. Four days. Every guest who walked through that lobby saw it. Every employee walked past it. Nobody fixed it, and apparently nobody cared enough to even try. That set the tone perfectly for what followed. The in-room phones didn't work — so when we wanted room service, we had to walk downstairs and place the order ourselves. Then the bill arrived with a tray delivery fee and a room service charge. For a service we performed ourselves because their equipment was broken. Nearly 28% in fees on top of already inflated food prices. Tray charges. Service charges. Tax on service charges. All for the privilege of walking to the restaurant ourselves. A broken lobby screen for four days tells you everything you need to know about how this property is managed. If nobody fixes what every guest can plainly see, imagine what they're ignoring behind the scenes. Skip it.

We booked this hotel in the heart of the medical district to be close to an event. We were pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere and amenities. Our room was spacious and the bed was excellent. We had lovely cocktails both in the lobby bar and at the roof-top bar. Staff was friendly. Despite having both a dance team and a girl’s volleyball team in residence, the hotel was quiet and relaxing. While we were not there for medical treatment, we noticed several amenities obviously meant for guests who are doing so (eg. emergency call button in the bathroom & extra wide doors). A beautiful respite.

It’s location is great! Staff were very helpful also
